NORMAL CONCRETE

A General Purpose Concrete used in all segments of construction. The Quality and Strength of Concrete varies from grade to grade. Different grades of concrete are used in different levels of constructions.
The grades of normal concrete are: M-5, M-7.5, M-10, M-15, M-20, M-25, M-30, M-35, M-40, M-45, M-50, M-55, M-60, M-65, M-70, M75, M-80, M-85, M-90, M-95, M100.


PILE CONCRETE

A concrete pile is a foundation driven deep into the ground to support the structure, unlike shallow or wide foundations such as Isolated Footings or Combined Footings. They are usually much thinner in diameter or width than in length.
Grades of Concrete Generally used in Pile are: M-20 PILE, M-25 PILE, M-30.


PILE SCC CONCRETE

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a special type of concrete which can be placed and consolidated under its own weight without any vibration effort due to its excellent deformability, and which at the same time is cohesive enough to be handled without segregation or bleeding.
The Grades of SCC Concrete used are : M-30 SCC, M-35 SCC, M-40 SCC, M-45 SCC, M50 SCC, M-55 SCC, M-60 SCC, M-65 SCC, M70 SCC, M75 SCC, M-80 SCC, M-85 SCC, M90 SCC, M-95 SCC, M-100 SCC.

VDF CONCRETE
Vacuum dewatering concrete flooring, popularly called as VDF is suitable for constructing passage or roads for areas where there is heavy traffic.
Grades of VDF concrete used are: M-15 VDF, M-20 VDF, M-25.


VDF STAMPED CONCRETE
Stamped concrete is concrete that has been imprinted, or that is patterned, textured, or embossed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, wood, or various other patterns and textures.. Grades of Stamped concrete used are: M-15 STAMPED, M-20 STAMPED, M-25.


STAMPED SCREED CONCRETE

Screed is a thin layer of material that is placed on top of a concrete subfloor. Usually, screed consists of cement and sharp sand, but where a more industrial version is required, coarse aggregates can be added to create a thicker layer.
Grades of Screed concrete used are: M-15 SCREED , M-20 SCREED , M-25 SCREED.



ICE WATER CONCRETE
Concrete mixtures where ice or ice water is used as a replacement for part or all of the water content in the mixture. This method is often employed in hot weather concreting to lower the temperature of the concrete mix, thereby slowing down the hydration process and reducing the risk of issues such as rapid setting, reduced workability, and thermal cracking. The grades of ICE Water Concrete are: M-22IWC, M-30IWC, M-35IWC, M-40IWC, M-45IWC.
